Where are your products manufactured?
We are proud to say that all our products are manufactured in Canada using ingredients sourced from both domestic and international markets.
How do I return an item?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please email Support@pupset.ca and our customer service will be happy to help.
How long do orders take to ship?
All orders placed before noon are shipped on the same day, while all other orders will ship within 1 business day. Not to worry, we won’t keep you waiting!
Can I give Pupset supplements to a pregnant dog?
Our products haven’t been tested on pregnant or lactating dogs so we recommend speaking to your vet beforehand.
Can my pet overdose?
If your pet devours an entire tub of Advanced Hip & Joint Support, they’ll be absolutely fine as long as the tub was designed for their weight category. Adverse effects can include vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy or gastrointestinal distress. If they’ve eaten more than one tub, or are experiencing symptoms for more than 24 hours, contact your vet for guidance.
